In today’s fast paced design and construction environment, it is important to complete engineering and construction projects on schedule and within a defined budget. The utility services group at Mulkey, Inc. strives to achieve each of these goals for its clients.
This service line also includes subsurface utility engineering (SUE) and utility coordination services.

All of Mulkey’s utility services technicians are trained in the latest underground locating techniques including six different types of multi-frequency instruments and two types of ground penetrating radar units.
