Mulkey, Inc. serves as the owner’s representative during preconstruction, construction and postconstruction activities,
assisting clients from conceptual planning to the finished product.
The Construction Services staff reviews plans and makes recommendations on constructability issues, develops contract specifications, assists with bid openings and awards, monitors contractor’s progress payments, reviews contractor claims for additional compensation and provides day-to-day oversight of contractor’s operations.
