Candace Whisenant Promoted to Human Resources Manager

Raleigh, NC—January 10, 2012 — Candace Whisenant, PHR, has recently been promoted within Mulkey Engineers & Consultants (Mulkey) from Senior Human Resources Generalist to Human Resources Manager. Candace achieved this promotion by taking on responsibilities for strategic decision-making and
company-wide employee/HR initiatives.

Candace’s career at Mulkey began in May 2009 as the sole HR representative for the company. Throughout her more than two and a half years at Mulkey, Candace has proven her abilities and passion for HR by growing and strengthening employee programs, including implementing the company’s first wellness program in 2011 and assisting with a mentor program for 2012 to give employees the opportunity to enhance their professional skills by interacting with their peers.
