Mulkey was founded on the belief that “there’s a better way to do things.” So,
it’s no surprise that treating people better, from employees to clients to the communities we live and work in, has helped keep us in business for more than 18 years. At Mulkey, we don’t just sit behind a desk all day, we get our employees involved in activities to keep their minds, bodies and spirits active. Employee wellness is taken to a whole new level with regularly planned events and company-sponsored activities where we take the chance to step outside of the office and get to know each other better. Our employees are more than just engineers, project managers and administrative professionals, they are members of the Mulkey family.

Mulkey doesn’t stop at supporting employees, rather, our employees show their support of the people in our communities. Our community spirit is demonstrated through actions like an employee-initiated blood drive to benefit patients through the American Red Cross, a silent auction for a coworker faced with family hardships, a Thanksgiving food drive to support the local food pantry and an annual Toys-for-Tots to spread the joy and fortune we have with others who need it most around the holidays.
