Raleigh, NC — February 12, 2012 — When Barbara Mulkey, PE, FASCE launched Mulkey Engineers and Consultants 19 years ago, she envisioned growth, success, and involvement in projects that improved the community. She did not, however, see her memoir on the horizon.
